Staff was extremely great and understanding, I did not want to leave!

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. The room was extremely spacious & impressive, there was an exceptionally comfortable bed. Had breakfast in the terrace. The location was particularly good, almost at the center of the city! What's more, it was short walk to all lower areas, Ahmedabad for one night and shops nearby.

The location was prime, not too far from a tranquil park. Distance to the airport was just 10 km. We ate at a clean restaurant at ground floor...

Absolutely fantastic and attractive hotel with attentive staff with excellent services, everything was perfect. Exceptionally nice location near to the airport. And adjacent to business centre, and mainstream Ashram Road in Ahmedabad.

the hotel location and riverfront views were perfect for our honeymoon trip. The friendly staff and tasty breakfast made our stay even better. The live piano music in the evenings created a wonderful atmosphere.

Hot water took a while to flow.

Convenient location near airport and top sights, but away from crowds. Rooms are spacious with modern amenities. Good breakfast spread with courteous staff.

The hotel needs a serious renovation with stained and broken bathrooms, unreliable WiFi, rude service staff and outdated decor.

the bathroom area with open glass elegant but no suitable for family or people prefering privacy there should be a curtain in glass closet area like you have over bathtub area. Overall good experience

The hotel's decor was simply exquisite, with beautiful furnishings and a charming ambiance that made me feel right at home. The general areas were meticulously maintained, providing a sense of peace and tranquility. The hotel was also easily accessible for senior people like myself, with ramps and elevators conveniently placed throughout the property.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff when it came to planning activities suitable for senior guests.

total charges asked for varied from what was promised on the site. Spa was not operational. Poor service in the restaurant. front office staff not very freindly

They had very good interior in room; specially italian-american touch; but only the thing was staff! I had to wait more than 10 minutes for everything. rest was ok

Super satisfied with my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to everywhere in the city. Loved the helpful security guards and staff behind the scenes. The food was mind-blowingly good, and the staff were incredibly courteous. The rooms were incredibly spacious, with a separate bath area that was jaw-dropping. The breakfast buffet had a jaw-dropping spread, and the in-room dining service was super quick. The taste of the food was impeccable and appropriately priced. the hotel had amazing facilities like wi-fi, on-site car park, luggage storage, locker room, 24-hour reception. Can't wait to stay here again!
